Tenant Relations Staff

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala – Discovery Mall Bali is looking for the most suitable candidates for Tenant Relation Staff located in Bali with the details:

Role Objectives:Tenant Relation Staff will directly report to the Assistant Tenant & Costumer Relation Manager. Responsible for ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, company house rules and regulations. Managing tenant focused services and coordinating assigned activities with other departments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major

2. At least 2 years working experience in tenant relations or equivalent position

3. Excellent English communication skills

4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

5. Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills

6.  Excellent Multitasking and organizational skills

7. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily

8. Attentiveness and patience

9. Excellent Time-management skills

10. Willing to be placed in Bali

Responsibilities:

1. Being the Discovery Mall Bali Representative to maintain good relations with tenants

2. ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, company house rules and regulations

3. Resolve tenant’s concerns, questions, and complaints with coordinating to supervisor or related department

4. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

5. Perform a variety of administrative tasks including researching, compiling, and preparing reports and documentation on program activities, evaluate the tenant service options; recommend improvements and modifications; and maintain a recordkeeping system

6. Performs related duties as assigned.
